The Healing Circle is a warm, welcoming monthly meet-up for all things healing and personal growth. Each gathering is different – we’ve shared cacao ceremonies, sound baths, reiki sessions, visualisations, meditations, breathwork journeys, vision board creation, goal setting and more.
Hosted by Anna Parker-Naples, the circle is co-created – meaning members are welcome to offer sessions on topics that inspire and benefit the group.

What to Expect
We gather in a small circle (or two small circles if there's a lot of us!) to share, connect, and explore a different theme or guest workshop each month.
Sessions might include:
Breathwork (of course!)
Oracle Cards
Crystals & energy work
Numerology
Reiki shares
Sound baths
Manifestation practices
Meditation
Neuroscience & mindset tools
Between activities, we have breakout time for offering and receiving skills (like mini reiki sessions or readings), and end with herbal tea or cacao.
